Quality Control - Common Inspections:

The general inspection services provided is shown in the following diagram. A customer will select which inspections suits their needs.

Pre-production inspection

A pre-production inspection is required to verify the use of materials and measurements of a product, but most buyers do not opt for this part of inspections. It will only be required to avoid intentional or non-intentional breach of agreed "golden sample" and specified product requirements. However, most branded products being exported to the EU, US, Australia are regulated to comply to certain certification before/after entering the country.

Inspection during production (DUPRO)

This part of inspection is often neglected, but we believe it is actually as important as the pre-shipment inspection. Unexpected human, machinery, protocol, wrong parts supplied and other mistakes may occur during the production flow. Especially small details being unnoticed that may affect the production results.

Pre-shipment inspection

Most buyers opt for this part of inspections, to randonmly select finished products, according to an international recognized inspection standard (such as AQL Standard). The requirements are provided by the buyer and differs per each product. Basicly the following are included: measurements, color, labeling, packing, shipping marks ... etc.
