With small, medium and OEM manufacturers it often happens that detailed product requirements are being misinterpreted, which mistakes will be reflected during the production flow. This not the manufacturer to blame, since communications through the internet and emails can cause misunderstandings and not being able to touch or visually evaluate a product in development.

Standard Operating Protocols

Although many small, medium and OEM manufacturers have difficulties with implementing SOP's for each product, we do recommend the use of SOP's with all the factories we work with. Nowadays, factories are dealing with the frequent change of work force due to many factors. It is therefore important to have a new worker familiarized with the details of product they are working on.
