About Us
We are a company located in Hong Kong, providing manufacturing quality control and management services at a different level to small and medium enterprises. Nowadays buyers have demanding requirements to their products, from design on paper to the production process and shipment. We are mainly specialized in consumer products, such as small electrical appliances, home textiles, travel equipments, ... etc produced in China.
Our approach is to focus on the technical aspect of a new product in development and to guide a manufacturer through the whole process of pre-production. Secondly, we always strive for a balance between the buyer's demands and supplier's abilities, which most of the time is a major factor of succesful business.
With our experience and 'western educated' engineering background, we can assist and guide SME's from the EU and US, to better understand small/medium manufactories in China. Our goal is to provide service with the intentions to reduce, avoid or limit productions mistakes or problems. Our strength is to early detect over-looked details, to trouble shoot and solve mistakes and problems.
We are not engaged in any form of commission or royalties and therefore the customer can rest assure to be charged only with executed inspection jobs, based on an agreed rate.

Quality Assurance
Many mistakes or problems occur with miscommunications and unforeseen material behavior. The selection of well advanced manufacturing facilities will be a first choice of every buyer, but when the orders are too small or price wise not achievable, the sourcing of small factories is unavoidable.
Choosing smaller factories, does not always comes as a disadvantage. We are in a position to assist and guide our customers to better understand such manufacturers and to tackle problems at an early stage. Vice verse we also observe and instruct manufacturers, to what extend they have to prepare and to understand the complexity and quality of a product. From experience we know that even a small factory is willing to invest and comply to customers requirements, in order to maintain long term business relationship.
Reliability
Finding a balance between a buyer and supplier across distances does not always goes as smooth as expected. There are many factors which affects a scheduled production time-line. However, these factors can be avoided or reduced to a minimum, by pre-assessing the ability and capability of a supplier or manufacturer to cope with the specific requirements of a buyer.
Technical know-how
The development of a new product, most of the time will bring in some new structures or use of materials not tested or producted before. Many designs start with a drawing and sometimes a manufacturer does not have the right tools or knowledge follow up complicated constructions. With our expertise and technical background, we better understand the complexity of design and choice of materials, according to the mind of designers from the EU and US.

There is a Dutch phrase translated to English: "The customer is always right" , but we do not always agree. Our mission is to guide and find a balance between the customer and manufacturer, to ensure both parties to be able to sell and produce to their satisfaction.
